Social Chrome Extension Issue

SOLVE

One of our Social team has reported an issue with the Social extension and I wondered if anyone has experienced the same. When using the extension you can no longer see if there has been anything scheduled. This was working this week and hopefully the screen shots will help explain.  

In the Extension we look at a specific time frame and it shows this:

However in Hubspot it shows this:

In the Chrome extension it used to show the times where there is something scheduled. 

Does anyone have any thoughts as to why this may be happening or have a solution.

@SJamieson75 I sometimes run into this as well, and it seems to resolve itself. So personally, I haven't escalated it to Support. But if it's something you need to ensure gets resolved, I would encourage you or your social team to contact HubSpot Support and ask to screenshare (so, probably call them) so they can see exactly as its happening.

Thanks @danmoyle and @BérangèreL will contact support. I believe that today what is happening is that if you change the day and go back it then shows if thereis a scheduled post so does seem glitchy!

Thank you for sharing the screenshots, this helps a lot! And thank you for asking the Community!

I understand that with the HubSpot Social Chrome Extension, you don't see the time where a post is already scheduled.

I'd like to ask some of our Top Experts about this: Hi @danmoyle, @Crystal_Hopper and @HFisher7 are you using this extension? If yes, have you been able to see the time of the posts that were already scheduled, please?
