Our company posts regularly on social media – a LOT. We try to schedule most of our posts in advance, and we always try to make sure not to “double-book” any particular time slot. Hubspot’s original layout of the scheduling tool made that easy.
We switched to the latest Beta version of the dashboard months ago, and it’s been fine up until now. But as of today, the scheduling tool is no longer showing if a particular time slot on a platform has already been “booked” on any given day, which means I now have to reference a calendar of our scheduled posts in a separate window in order to keep from scheduling two different posts to go out at the exact same time on the same day on the same platform.
BEFORE: (this screen shot was back before we started scheduling dozens of posts up to a week in advance at a time, but the layout is clear enough.)

AFTER: (What’s already scheduled on any given day? I can’t tell from here. I could schedule five posts to go out at the same time without realizing it.)
This new change is going to make my job immensely harder now. Can we at least get some sort of setting to choose whether we want our scheduled posts to be visible when we’re trying to time out new content?
