I finished all the lessons and did the practical exercise in the 'Marketing Made Easy with Marketing Hub Enterprise' course and it's not being graded. It just stuck on 'Create an event submitted'.

I took the digital marketing certification exam earlier today and found that some of the review guide items did not match the questions on the exam. This makes it difficult to study for the exam.
