Looking to setup Lead scoring for the following actions:
- Contact registers for a Zoom Webinar
- Contact attends a Zoom Webinar
I’m having difficulty mapping out the best way to add this into the lead scoring to ensure we assign points every time someone registers, and attends.
Currently have the following setup but I think this will only count the points once.
Any tips or best practices so we don’t have to create a new lead score attribute for each individual webinar?
Hello @HubSpotMaster,
I would create custom number properties (Number of Zoom webinar registrations, Number of Zoom webinars attended). You could then create two contact-based workflow to enroll contacts whose Zoom: Webinar Attendance Event or Zoom: Webinar Registration Event Webinar Id is known and add the workflow action that increases the value of the properties above by 1.
Make sure to allow re-enrollment when Webinar Id is known. The workflow should then re-enroll contacts whenever there is a new Webinar Id (= each time they register/attend).
In your HubSpot score, you could then assign points based on how many webinars they registered for / attended.
Hope this helps!
