Hubspot Score for Multiple Webinar Sign-Ups

Hi there,
for our Hubspot Lead Scoring, we want to give points to prospects who sign up and attend our Zoom webinars. For every additional webinar they sign up to and attend (two different events), they should receive extra points.
Is there a way to do this?
Thanks,
Lukas

Hi @LPeherstorfer,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

I wanted to share this related thread from @HubSpotMaster who had a similar question to yours. @karstenkoehler offers some handy tips on how to set this up :slightly_smiling_face:

I also wanted to share this section of the Zoom HubSpot Integration knowledge base on segmenting contacts with Zoom properties. and this knowledge base article on setting up lead scoring in HubSpot.

Hey @TomM2, @Lucila-Andimol, @Mike_Eastwood - Do you have any tips for @LPeherstorfer?

Thank you!

Best,

Kristen

Hey @LPeherstorfer hope your are doing great!

If you take a look at theknowledge base article on segmenting contacts with Zoom properties

that Kristen shared

If you have the zoom integration all ready set up

you 'll notice some properties available to assign a score

and you can set up 1 general point for each webinar

o specific points for specific Webinars by name or ID

Hope this helps.

Hi Maria,
thanks for your answer. Yes, we have the Zoom Integration set up as you suggested. We use the criteria “is true” for any webinar signup and assign points therefore. But this is a one-time thing, multiple webinar sign-ups do not result in a higher score. The workaround would be to manually search for the individual webinars and create a trigger for all of them. But this is quite prone to error and manual work, especially when hosting multiple webinars per week.
Any other ways of doing this?

Hey @LPeherstorfer thanks for your answer

as I explained in the previous answer

you can set up a general condition of "Webinar sign up"in “true”

or for each webinar you create you can asign a score.

Maybe the webinars are different and some of them may score higher than others, for example if they are in awareness stage you get 5 points if they are product setup you get 10 point. This way every time you create a webinar, you should add a variable to your score. It’s still manual, but could scale.

Another workaround

is to have a custom property , let say, “Webinars score”

and every time a contact attends a webinar

you can have a workflow that increase the value of that property.

So then you can rank the contacts with higher score there.

Hope this helps

Hi @LPeherstorfer did you find a way to accomplish this, aside from manual additional scores for every webinar created? I am also trying to create an active score that will increase every time a contact registers for a new webinar, same for attendance. We don’t want to have to retroactively and manually add each webinar we created- just have it be a blanket “registered for (at least 2) webinars” “attended (at least 2) webinars”. Thanks!

No, unfortunately we had to choose the manual process.
