I have created a workflow to populat contacts into an empty static list I created. However my workflow process is not adding contacts into my list which I don’t understand why seeing it’s a very simple workflow to output contacts into my list. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Just to rule out the potentially not so obvious, have you switched on the workflow in the top right corner? Is the workflow live?
If yes, have you checked in the enrollment history whether any contacts have enrolled into this workflow? (In the workflow editor, click Details in the top left corner, the Enrollment history.)
If contacts are enrolling correctly, can you check the Action logs for any errors? (Pick any contact that enrolled and filter the action logs by this contact.)
I assume that you’ll either find that contacts are not enrolling correctly or that HubSpot will return an error in the action logs.

Can you please check for one contact that did enroll, does the action log say that they were added to the list?
Seeing that this workflow is dealing close to a million contact, you might potentially have also hit some technical limits there or a bug. If the action log doesn’t provide any clues, I’d recommend reaching out to HubSpot technical support.

Karsten, all of the contacts show they’ve complete the workflow but Actions field just shows as -- and doesn’t reference my static list…I also spot checked individual contacts and I get msg: No log events match the current filters…
So, it looks as though I will need to reach out to tech support on this issue…thanks again for your feedback!
