Static contact list that looks like it was created automatically by workflow

Hi, I noticed that there is a static contact list that is not created by me and it has a naming format that suggests that it might have created automatically by an workflow I have. Does anyone know:

1. Is this static contact list created by workflow with name like ‘[Workflows] Set a lifecycle stage to MQL - Wed Dec 11 2019 11:04:52 GMT-0800’?

2. What cause this static contact list to be created?

3. Can this be deleted? Does the workflow use it for any purpose?

You may have to reach out HubSpot directly with some of this as we don’t have access to your account.

To address your questions:

1 & 2) Check through your workflows to see if any of them have instructions to create or update a static list.

3 & 4) When viewing your lists, you can hover the line item and click “details”. This will give you a list of tools using that list. This should allow you to make the decision to delete it or not. If it is used i’d explore a little deeper before deleting it.
