how to fill workflow, list properties. I created a drop down property called status with options delete,hospitality,seniro living,multi family. I want to fill the properties value manually. Is that possible

Sure, you can do so individually: Edit a property value for a record
On the record index page, you can also add a column for your new property and edit directly in that column, like Excel or Google Sheets: View and filter records
Lastly, you can also select multiple records and edit them at a time: Bulk edit records

@karstenkoehler Unfortunately it does not work with list and workflow properties. When I hover the column values and try to edit the records. it appears to me that it is not clickable although it works when i tried to edit a contact record
@HSalah ah, I thought you were referring to properties used in lists and workflows, not list properties and workflow properties.
You should still see the bulk editing option: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/bulk-edit-records
The behavior is not as integrated as with the main objects (contacts, companies etc), correct.
