Workflow Enrollment Triggers Based on Notes - Date Created, Keywords, etc

Ability to create workflow enrollment triggers based on notes on a contact file. Example: Notes contains keyword X or Note does not contain phrase Y

While it’s possible to create reports based on note bodies, I can’t select this property in a workflow. For example, If note body contains X, I’d like Y to happen.

Wanted to lend my voice here - it is possible to do this but ONLY on Custom Objects. I’d love to hear why this is possible there but not on standard objects like everything else is!
