I want to create a workflow or list that pulls together all of our contacts who have requested our content (PDFs, video, and webinars).
What these contacts have in common is that they’ve been enrolled in workflows with “downloadable”, “webinar” and “video” in the workflow name.
Because there’s so many of these workflows, it will take me a bunch of time to set workflow enrollment criteria or list filters that detail contact was ever enrolled in X workflow, or Y workflow, or… Plus I’d have to remember to add every new content workflow we create in future.
There’s currently no way to pull together these contacts using workflow name CONTAINS downloadable OR webinar OR video but it would be great if there was.
Agreed. I want to be able to build a list of contacts who are active in any workflow containing “Part 2” - all Part 2 workflows are lead nurturing, so I want to wait for contacts to finish those before enrolling in re-engagement campaigns. We’re always adding new Part 1 & Part 2 workflows, and the current method of adding new workflows to lists (suppression, enorllment, reporting, etc) leaves much opportunity for human error.
