whatsapp integration for service/support

Hi community,

I’m looking for proper HubSpot WhatsApp integration solutions since the native HubSpot-WhatsApp solution is a little expensive. We need to provide customer services which means always clients initiat the messages which need to be mannul or automatically assigned to multi agents.

Also, the messages had better be canned and managed in HubSpot inbox for a quick notification and reply.

I looked in the marketplace and find most of the whatsApp integration solution either not using HubSpot inbox or not support one WhatsApp account for multi users.

I need an integration

-supports message assigning to multi agents

-supports one WhatsApp account with multi users/agents

-is deeply integrated in HubSpot inbox

Could you please give me some examples or suggestions?
