We use Whatsapp via Whatsapp API, natively integrated with Hubspot.
I am looking for solutions that will allow the creation and management of a bot, commonly used in the Whatsapp ecosystem.
From my understanding there is no way to do that neither (1) natively in Hubspot nor (2) via custom code in the Meta ecosystem.
I am assuming third party solutions might work, but I wanted feedback from the community on how those third party tool then integrate back into the Hubspot ecosystem and if you have any suggestions of any sort on how to roll this out.

These platforms offer bot-building tools that integrate with WhatsApp Business API and can send data back to HubSpot through workflows, webhooks, or custom integrations. Look for a solution that aligns with your use case and supports seamless data syncing with HubSpot.

If you fail in doing so, the best option here is to connect with a BSP (Business Solution Provider) that can ease your job without much hustle.
