Would be great to have an option to create a whatsapp chatbot within HubSpot - similar to a “standard” chatbot.
80% of our conversation are whatsapp driven … whatsapp integrating in conversation, has been a game changer for us.
Time to level up and add a full Whatsapp service bot to the mix !

Exactly! companies who run their complete business via WhatsApp is defnietly look out for other options. Therefore, getting this workflow/chatflow based option on HubSpot is going to be a game-changer. Let’s build this feature within HubSpot on priority.
