I have been working on the mail contact list and added an opt-out list today, when the warning did not go away I deleted all contacts and uploaded a new updated list with the updated and tested list.
The warning is still there, What can I do now
Hi @SHenderson18, I hope this message finds you well. ![]()
Thank you for the details, the screenshot, and for following the actions required.
Regarding your question, you can still send marketing emails and this message will only be removed after more emails have been sent without stopping - “Make these changes and start sending emails again. This message will disappear over the coming weeks if your stopped send rate improves.” For that reason, I recommend that you review your target marketing contacts from now on (and their opt-in consent) and continue sending emails as usual.
You can find more information on how to manage stopped emails in our knowledge base article: Marketing email send was stopped
Thank you!
Best,
Diana
Hey @SHenderson18 as Diana said, this will go away after a few weeks if you’ve resolved it. It’s not a constant check HubSpot does, it triggers once, which gives you the initial warning. Then will check at an interval.
If you’ve resolved the issues the warnings show, then you can simply ignore them and they will go away on their own.
Thank you for your response.
