I have set my first mail marketing. I have created a list of potential customers in order to send them more information about my offers.
It seems like it doesnt send any mail from the list, it goes directly to not send contacts addresses.
Is there any restriction for free accounts? Will this mail be presumibly spam?

yesterday I check all about subscriptions of my contacts as they were all imported. I disabled opt-ins and GDPR. All my contact are business conact with public and meaned email for partnering offering, I use no customers contacts on Hubspot.
After disable all and change several subscriptions before, I send another 2 emails that was succesfully sent to 25% of the contact.
I realised that my action of disable the optios take a while.
This morning I could send the email to ALL contacts.

i seem to have a similar problem. I imported several lists from my agency contract tool to start email marketing. I know most of the prospects for years. Howver, after 1 email, i cannot send any mails to any lists, except if I go through all contacts and put in by hand that they are customer and marketing email worthy. But… we are talking of some 1000 emailadresses in total. How can I resolve this easily, for the mentioned tools do not help. Thanks in advance
When you sent the email did you receive any warnings about excessive bounces?
HubSpot’s mail system will stop sending if you bounce more than 5% of emails.
HubSpot sends the email on your behalf so if there are too many bounces the email server will be blocklisted, so everyone’s email will be blocklisted (not just yours).

No, no warning about bounces unfortunately. I have now reworked one of the lists, and sending happens. I opened each one of the contacts and did mannuall\y change the subscription base.
Does Hubspot have a method where you can send in an optin to the list hubspot does not want to sent the email. That would help. Other method is to do it one on one… but that takes ages ;-(.
However, I will reread the article you mentioned to see if that helps.
the plot thickens alas. Now I try to contact people via different ways to get approval. Got it, but Hubspot is NOT sending emails anymore. To people who just confirmed they want to receive email. I do not understand.
