I created a form allowing for the uploading of documents. Can a user upload multiple documents? Is there a limit?

There probably is but I haven’t encountered it yet and I’m not aware of anything that’s officially documented. (Except for a file size limit ‘of 100MB for a single file and 500MB total for multiple files’.)
My recommendation would be to simply try it out in a free HubSpot portal if you’re unsure how to proceed. Issues will arise more so because of the fact that HubSpot forms do not show upload progress, less because of a number of form fields, I think.
