I’m looking to add multiple upload fields to a form at once.
For example: When you’re applying for a job, on the application there’s normally two fields for you to upload documents (one for your resume, the other for your cover letter) that are separate.
I’m trying to do something similar in forms, but it’s giving me an error everytime there’s more than one upload field added.
Is this possible to do?
Hey @ImKevinMurray,
Yep, you can add multiple file upload fields in HubSpot now, so you’re good to go with separate spots for resumes, cover letters, whatever you need.
If you’re hitting an error when you add more than one, try this:
- Check the form settings real quick—it might just be a little glitch.
- Switch browsers or clear your cache (sounds basic, but it works a lot).
- Still acting up? HubSpot support might need to dive in and take a look.
Hope that does the trick! Let me know if you’re still stuck.
Best,
@aviafriat26 it’s one thing that you’re spamming threads with AI generated answers, it’s another if you’re sharing misinformation while doing so. It is of course possible to add multiple file upload fields on a form:
I am not sharing any misinformation at all.
Please help me make sense of this then:

Thank you for your contributions to the community.
@aviafriat26 as far back as I can recall, the possibility has existed as it does now.
In any case, of course, we are only human.
That was only half of my point however; the capitalization, formatting, length, style, use of special characters of your recent replies in community threads strongly suggest that they were created with generative AI in which case the community guidelines require a disclaimer. Such a disclaimer helps critically evaluate the answer – more critically than if it was not created with the help of generative AI.
All the best,

Hi @ImKevinMurray,
As long as you create a separate file upload property for each file, you shouldn’t experience any issue: Create and edit properties
If you’re trying to add the same file upload property into one form multiple times, yes, HubSpot will not allow that. Each property can only exist once on a form.
Best regards
This was super helpful! Thank you for clarifying!
I have helped the community actively and recevied a good amount of upvotes and answers marked as solutions for many responses from community moderators as well.
