I purchased a theme on the market place from ThemeForest and I am trying to add it to my website. I entered the Purchase Code and
I am getting a message that there is a problem installing my theme and to reach out to support.
I tried to reach out to support and I was told to post in the discussion board.
I also tried to use the stock theme and got the same message.
Hey @SFarr are you on a free account? If you’re not on a free account I’d recomend following up with the support rep, if you have a paid account you get access to HubSpot support so they should be helping you on this.
What I’d recomend is going through the process again and keep your network tab open, when you see this pop-up you should see a network error, click into that and check the “response” tab in the dev tools to see what message this provides!
