Problem to install the theme

Hi, I have a theme purchased that I´m trying to install. I tried several times but I keep getting the same error “there was a problem when attempting to install the theme”.

Does anyone know how I can sort it? the theme is not installed anywhere else.

Could you let me know if the theme is HubSpot compatible? Some themes can be compatible with Wordpress only, for example.

HI pam I have problems with both bomby and apartio. Both compatible with hubspot. I can use then but i think that dont install all the pages
