Could the developers take a look at the option to be able to upload a DNC list into the blocked numbers list in setting - calling instead of the painful one 1 by 1

It seems what you’re referring to is not a native feature. I’m also not seeing the ability to do so. That said, I encourage you to consider creating a post on our Ideas Forum here.
