Dear Hubspot team,
my colleague has started to enjoy not having to manually dial phone numbers anymore ever since he began to use hubspot in combination with aircall. He is a fan of saving time.
He has expressed his wish to save even more time by also having mobile numbers in the contact cards that are displayed in the deal and company overviews. But there are two problems here:
1) the contact card only allows for 4 data points, which are already taken by the first name, last name, email and landline number.
2) even if I replace the landline with the mobile number in the display of the card, it’s not usable to him because the number can’t be clicked on for the purpose of calling via aircall (or even hubspot itself!)
Could you please look into adding that functionality? I’m sure this will be of good use for all your customers.
