I am trying to purchase Solutions provider package from this HubSpot Solutions Partner Program | Join but first it ask to select country and our country India is not in the list.
if I select Asia and move next 2-3 steps its giving error “Your account wasn’t set up. There was a problem accessing HubSpot’s partner tools. Please get in touch with support, who will help you to get set up.”

The issue isn’t on your side: the Solutions Provider program on that page isn’t currently available for India‑based businesses, which is why India doesn’t appear in the list and why choosing another region leads to the “Your account wasn’t set up / problem accessing partner tools” error.
For India, the supported path is the Solutions Partner Program instead. To explore that, go to https://www.hubspot.com/partners/solutions, and use the contact option there (e.g., “Talk to a partner specialist” or “Contact us to become a solutions partner”) so our partner team can review your account and guide you through the right onboarding path.
