Unable to Send Emails (Limit)

Hi all.

I am currently unable to send any emails due to ‘limit being reached’ even though I am nowhere near the limit of 350 for gmail or 5000 for Hubspot

There is a difference between sales emails (Sending limits for connected email accounts) and the limit for marketing email sends. You shared your post in the Marketing Hub – a different limit, based on your number of marketing contacts, applies here. When you see the message in your portal, you should see an option to review the contacts and you should be taken to an account page which details the limit. Please double check.

If you don’t think that’s what’s happening, please share a screenshot of the error message.
