UI Extension for Container Tracking – Looking for feedback from logistics users

Hi everyone,

We are currently finishing a native HubSpot UI Extension for container tracking and are looking for a few people to help us test the workflow.

The goal: To be able to link container numbers directly to a HubSpot Ticket and see movement history/milestones in the sidebar without leaving the CRM.

How we built it:

  • It’s a React-based UI Extension on the Ticket object.
  • We specifically designed it to stay out of your sensitive data—it doesn’t need access to Contact or Company records, just the Ticket ID for context.
  • No need to create custom properties or new pipelines; it just works as a sidebar card.

We’ve had this running on Google Workspace for a while, but porting it to HubSpot is a new phase for us. We want to make sure the UX feels “native” before we submit it to the Marketplace.

If you handle shipping/logistics in HubSpot and have 5 minutes to look at a beta version, please drop a comment or send a DM.

Thanks!

Hey there @RLilov
Thanks for sharing this with the community!
This is a really interesting use case. Hopefully a few logistics community members here can help test and share feedback—excited to see where this goes.
Best,
Victor
