Hello,
I noticed a small bug/inconvenience. With a checkbox property on a Company card, the dropdown arrow can sometimes be blocked by the “Details” button if the boxes contain enough characters to span to the end of the line.
Note that I was viewing the page at 90% zoom. Changing to 100% zoom fixed the issue but it may persist at different resolutions or with a different number of characters.
Hi @JBefurt,
You could flag this with HubSpot support in-app, via chat or email. Another way to request this would be via the HubSpot Ideas section: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas (The product team reviews these requests based on their popularity.)
Generally, I assume that the response will be that HubSpot is designed to work at 100% zoom, in a supported browser: Browsers supported by HubSpot
It’s probably not worth it for the product team to solve for different zooms in browsers – and the obvious fix, like you mentioned, would be to reset to 100% when the UI behaves differently than expected.
Best regards!
I just checked it by creating a bunch of different properties with various character lengths, and if one or a combination of checkbox property fields are long enough to go to the end of the line, the details box will block the dropdown arrow and make it unselectable even at 100% zoom.
I also tested this on two different monitors. I am using chrome.
@JBefurt in that case, see my previous reply, you could flag this with HubSpot support in-app.
