I’m having trouble adding a dropdown feature to a form. I can see the contact type in the form list but it’s dithered out and I’m not able to add it to the form. The account I’m working on was recently downgraded to a basic account. Could this be why I can’t add it?

What do you mean by basic account, are you on the free tier now?
Could you please check in the property settings whether you’re over the property limit? (Settings > Properties)
Also, sometimes the property is already on the form which is why it cannot be added again, an easy mistake especially on longer forms. Could you confirm that this is not the case?
