I would like to set up a Support form on our website without it creating a contact if the email is unknown after submiting the form. Cannot seem to find how to set it up…
Any kind of help would be very appreciated

If you remove all contact properties from the form, HubSpot should only create a ticket. See this right sidebar that pops open when you publish a form without contact properties:

When we create a form, we get the option to make the fields as mandatory or not mandatory.
If you don’t want a contact without email address after filling the form you can simple make the email mandatory.

@karstenkoehler Thanks, that solved my question too! But now, I’m adding a dropdown to a non-connected form, and I can only edit the two default options that come with it. Do you know how I can add more options to the dropdown (it’s not like I can edit a property to have more options)?
