Tracking Code Error for Web chat

For context, I am currently evaluating Hubspot for my business.

I have a Squarespace (7.1) website and I have included the tracking code in the <head> of my website, following the advice [here.](http://Install%20the tracking code on a Squarespace site Follow the steps above to copy the HubSpot tracking code in your HubSpot account. Log in to your Squarespace account. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Settings. In the Website section of the menu, navigate to Advanced, then select Code Injection. Paste the tracking code into the Header field. In the upper left, click Save.)

I have verified the code has accurately been copied and have followed the guidence here to ensure everything is working. Status code is 200 as expected.

I have configured the targeting of my chatflow, web chat as follows:

  • Website URL contains mydomain.com
  • SHOW CHAT When Vistor is Unknown OR Vistior is a contact.

However, my browser gives me the following error:

userInfo.js:99 No quick-fetch early login-verify request found

My cache has been cleared (full purge), my VPN is off, I have zero browser exensions and I have tested this on multiple devices (Laptop -- chrome, firefox, android -- chrome, ipad -- safari).

When I delete the tracking code, the error goes away.

I really need this feature working from my CRM solution, hopefully you can help; because I like everything else about this platform but this is a must-have feature for me.

Thank you.

Thanks for trying to round up the a-team!

I logged into the website today and the chat is working. Not sure if this is a behind the scene fix or something else, but I’m happy nonetheless.

As the site is in development, it is behind a password protected wall. So I’m guessing there’s some latency between provisioning what I need here and it coming into effect on my website.

So the solution seems to be, wait 24 hours for your first chatflow to come into effect.
