HubSpot chatflow not appearing on live website

Hello,

My active HubSpot chatflow is not appearing on my live website.

Website: https://reflectionsmarketing.com

Portal ID:
23406991

Chatflow:
RM Gov Solutions Concierge

The chatflow is turned ON, targeted to all website pages, available 24/7, and works correctly in HubSpot Preview. However, the launcher does not appear on the live site.

Troubleshooting completed:

• Confirmed the HubSpot tracking code is installed and verified.
• Confirmed 23406991.js loads successfully.
• Confirmed there is only one hs-script-loader.
• Tested desktop, mobile, regular browser, and incognito.
• Cleared browser data and purged the WordPress LiteSpeed cache.
• Confirmed there are no HubSpot-related JavaScript or CSP errors in the browser console.
• Confirmed conversations-embed.js is never requested in the Network tab.
• Checked the response for 23406991.js and found no conversations-embed.js reference.
• Turned the chatflow off, waited, turned it back on, and allowed time for propagation.

The main HubSpot tracking script is loading, but conversations-embed.js is not being injected, so the live chat widget cannot initialize.

Please advise how to force the chat widget configuration to regenerate or identify any account-level issue preventing conversations-embed.js from loading.

Please do not delete or recreate the existing chatflow because it contains saved content and workflow updates.

Thank you.

Hi there @reflections,

Thank you for posting to the Community!

I understand that your chatflow is not displaying on your site. I’d like to tag in some of our Top Contributors to see if they have any ideas on this – Hi @Josh @louischausse and @tjoyce do any of you all have any suggestions on next steps?

Thank you in advance!

Cassie, Community Manager

Update: The concierge has returned and is now displaying correctly on the live website.

No additional changes were made after the chatflow was turned back on. It appears the issue resolved after HubSpot’s tracking script finished propagating and began loading the conversations widget again.

Thank you to everyone who reviewed this post or replied.
