is it possible to show associated company on the ticket card, as presented on the ticket pipeline board?

If you’re referring to the ticket cards in the right sidebar of records, then no, you can’t display the company like it would in a pipeline view.
You could however use a sync property to sync the company name onto the ticket object, then display that property: Create sync properties that copy data to associated records

Thank you for your fast reply, most probably this will be a solution however currently not for us since we are not on the required license level. But maybe in the foreseeable future!
