In our HubSpot instance we are creating sales templates but it keeps creating duplicate copies. Has anyone else had this happen?
Can you try with a different browser if possible? it is also possible that network issues can cause such duplication.
You can also use API automation to create template, and that should make sure no duplicate is created.
