Hi, does anybody have a solution to document teams messages automatically within the Hubspot contact record? We have the problem that we very often communicate through Teams with our clients. the referring communication we copy past manually into Hubspot. That takes to much time and is not very save. So i am looking for any automated solution.

At the moment, there isn’t a native supported solution for Teams chat messages. I’d recommend adding your upvote on this Idea “How to log chat record from MS Teams?” for more visibility.

A Custom Integration using the HubSpot Conversations API connected to the Microsoft Teams Messages API could automate the process for you. This would be a custom build and it would require a server (so monthly costs) to push and pull data between HubSpot and Teams.
So it’s definitely possible, you could Vibe Code it it you’re feeling adventurous? But for commercial operations I recommend a more reliable approach.
