Customers contact us via MS Teams more frequently. Since business relevant information is exchanged, there is a need to log those records in Hubspot CRM. Currently, there is no good match to choose from, so we log those as notes.
Proper logging is available for email, letters, LinkedIn and Whatsapp messages - can we add an icon for MS Teams for claritiy?

Teams has been around a LONG time now. Customers contact us via Teams directly. At the moment we’re logging them as WhatsApp messages - but that’s weird and looks bad on reports. Please add this feature - doesn’t need to integrate per se - just a log it option!
I’ve just had our sales team request this, too! We have Teams integrated and run all our webinars through Teams, and this tracks these really nicely as marketing events. Surely, we should be able to log Teams chats with clients the way we do with everything else.
Hubspot, anything in the planned functionality to enable this?
yes, pls. Ideally this could be directly integrated, so all client-specific team chats are logged in the deal record
