I am looking to build an integration with the conversations inbox for an SMS product that we use.
Is there an API available for this? I would need to process messages sent from the HubSpot user and send this to the contact and process messages from the contact back to the same conversation
Hello @mitchell-hudson, investigating more about it, previously HubSpot conversations inbox was not accessible via API. But the good news is there is a current BETA version for conversations API ( More information here).
These APIs are currently in private beta. If you are interested, please sign up here and we will give you access to the APIs.
