Since I rarely want the task completed at this stage, I use the dropdown menu option beside the “Send and complete Task”, to just “send” my email. See below. For how I use this, it would be helfupl if my Hubspot would default to only “Send” rather than “send and complete task”. I’ve searched in the settings and cannot find where I can set this as the default.
