I’d like to have control over the default option Sales users have when sending an email, when an open task exists. Currently they have “Complete & Send” and yes they can change it using the arrow, but I would prefer to have a simple “Send” as the default.
The reason is sending an email does NOT actually mean the task is truly complete.
