I have a pipeline that has deal stages where I create workflows between them to create rules moving from a stage to another. I need in Stage X to create a task every 10 days as an alert for the deal owner to log contact attempt. How can loop tasks be done in hubspot. My second consideration is that in deal stage y one of the enrollment triggers that the task in stage x is completed. If I found any work around to create the task every 10 days this will change the task status every time even if the task owner changed it to completed once and this might block moving the deal from stage x to y. Is there any workaround for this problem for example creating a reminder loop every 10 days for the task instead of creating the same task again

Are you sure you want to continue tasks? What I’ve seen in many portals that a growing number of uncompleted tasks will typically lead to a feeling of drowning in unfinished items – and make the problem even worse as users don’t know where to start.
Instead, have you considered creating a task-based workflow that sends notifications (Slack, Teams) or emails for overdue tasks? That way, the person would get a nudge but not drown in redundant tasks.
