For emails that we log for clients in our CMS, we want a way to be able to tag them with high or low flags so we can look back, filter and report on these. Has anyone encountered this? I haven’t been able to find anything.

Unfortunately not, no, this is not possible. HubSpot doesn’t support creating activity properties or tags.

Ugh what a bummer. I was hoping some people might have workarounds for this, but the only ones I can come up with is dummy contacts for these tags to have associated with the emails, but then reporting on these items sounds taxing
