Hi . I have just joined Hubspot and I am trying ti sync my outlook contacts . I have folloewed the instructions and spoken to tech support but they cannot help me and suggested I post here . When I sync only a couple of contacts come through Hubspot when I have hundreds . Has anyone had this issue before ?

This usually happens when the Data Sync is limited to email only contacts or a filter is narrowing the sync.
What you can try:
- Open your HubSpot Data Sync for Outlook and go to Duplicate reduction. Untick the checkbox for Only sync contacts with an email address.
- Go to Filters > Edit > remove any criteria that would limit the contacts sync > Done.
Save your changes and let the sync run. After a while, check your HubSpot Contacts count to confirm more Outlook contacts are appearing.
