Syncing Historic Outlook Emails & Contacts to Hubspot

Hi,

I have just installed Hubspot and it seems to have changed since I used it a few years ago. I have connected both my Outlook and Hubspot but they are not automatically syncing.

I am having to go through each email individually and ‘add to contacts’ for each contact.

Can someone help, please?

There are different ways of connecting and different integrations. Can you confirm that you followed these steps? Connect HubSpot and Outlook Contacts
