I’m trying to sync my Hubspot takss with Outlook. I have been able to sync my calender, however when syncing my tasks, I;m only able to sync those of my colleague, which is quite strange. Any idea what is happening here?
Hi @BLakerveld,
Thanks for reaching out!
Can you try the following, please?
1. Enable HubSpot’s calendar sync with Outlook Calendar.
2. Create and connect a sub-calendar to HubSpot. For example, you can create an additional calendar within your Outlook Calendar called HubSpot Tasks.
If not, here’s a resource on how to create a sub-calendar in Outlook.
After you have taken those steps, you can follow the steps in this help article to set up the task calendar.
Let us know if taking these steps again works!
Best,
Kristen
Thanks Kristen for helping me out. It did indeed work by adding a secondary agenda.
However I was under the assumption that the Hubspot tasks would be shown as actual agenda tasks, but is it shown as an agenda item in Outlook. Is there anything I can do to show it as a task in Outlook? I tried already to make a specific Hubspot task list in outlook, however this cannot be selected to synchronize.

Hi @BLakerveld,
You’re very welcome! We’re glad to hear that worked out.
In regards to your question regarding Outlook Tasks, the tasks will display as normal calendar events on the calendar specified during the task sync configuration. I can see how having the tasks synced over to Outlook tasks would be helpful though! ![]()
