Currently, admins can log in as users to see their views, but this process is time-consuming. In larger teams with varied permissions and team-specific views, admins frequently face questions like “Why can’t I see X?” Adding a “View As” dropdown that allows admins to select any team member and see precisely what they see would save considerable time. This feature is already available in the sales workspace, so extending it across the platform would be incredibly valuable.
Agree, this feature can be very useful. As the Super Admin, I actually do not know what and how other see, and sometimes I create the pages on a wrong assumption based on the Super Admin view.
Agreed! I would also need to be able to view the Sales workspace as an admin to help with questions, but I need a seat for that.
This is a total pain point for admins, as we’re always getting asked about (or to train on) things that can’t be necessarily viewed by us. While I don’t need to work out of the Sales workspace, so don’t need a seat, I DO need to see the Sales workspace as a rep sees it, to be able to troubleshoot and train. Also, in some cases, while I like giving users the ability to customize their views to what they need to see, it makes it hard to troubleshoot and train if we can’t see from their eyes without having to do a screen share.
