Steps, forms, workflow and notifications

I’ve put all forms into a single window, but since I’m unfamiliar with this process, I’m unsure if it’s preferable to have separate windows for each form or keep them combined?

Additionally, if all three forms are within one window, will notifications be sent to the consumer and us after each stage completion, or only after completing all forms?

Why these forms are different would you ask?

The Gravity Form (external but integrated with HubSpot) was created to maximise lead generations - each form give us different details like 7rd (contains more details about kWh annual consumption, roof type, etc). where 3th one (just basic contact details) and 6th contact details, address but not consumption.)

Hi @FilipRas,

The way you’ve set up these enrollment criteria is that a contact would only enroll if they have submitted form 1 AND 2 AND 3. In other words, if they submitted only 1, they would not enroll - because they’re missing 2 and 3.

If you want to enroll contacts when they submit one of the three forms, you would have to create a second and third filter group by clicking this item:
