There is one form I am currently using for a specific campaign with an own workflow (based on the form an the LP as trigger).
Now I want to use the same form embedded in non Hupspot-LPs and want to sort out these leads from the campaign. I coult not find a way so far. I should be like: sent in through all sites but XY.
If I set the rule to form not sent in through LP XY I get shown all other leads but not only these through the form I want to filter.
The common workaround here is to setup separate forms for this.
There are ways to achieve this with one form by customizing the embed code (see the discussion here) but the easiest solution is to simply create another form.
Once you have two forms, you can adjust the enrollment triggers on your workflow and easily distinguish the two groups of contacts.
Hi @JKampz. I believe an active list where the criteria would be the form submission, AND the non-HubSpot page view (as long as that page has your HubSpot code embedded in it) could give you what you’re looking for. At least you would know they’ve filled out the form and they’ve viewed the page where that form lives.
@karstenkoehler both of those filters in lists can include “refine this filter” by date, so I would test “is less than” as an ongoing active filter. If these two time filters work together, you can ensure the form submission and the page view complement each other.
(Resisting the urge to add “in the timeline” as if I’m writing for Marvel…)
Gotcha, @danmoyle. This is probably valid in most cases but there might be scenarios when someone visits the page but submits the same form on another, hypothetically. How risky that is would have to be evaluated specifically for the conversion path.
I’d still go with two separate forms. I love to have 0% ambiguity
