I agree, This feature is urgently needed to help keep your inbox clean and manageable. See what is urgent to reply to and what can be postponed to the next week.
Please add a snooze and archive functionality, so we can follow an inbox 0 practice.
Hubspot team,
The hubspot chat functionality is lacking when compared to other providers. We’ve migrated from intercom to hubspot chat, and I can see a huge feature disparity.
The snooze-like function is a must for every support team. It looks like this request has been open for several years now. Let’s get on it! Dharmesh Shah, we need this!
We’re also trying to migrate from Intercom to HubSpot and we’re suffering a lot with this feature.
This is an essantial feature, that should be in any ticketing system, it is very difficult to keep a clear overview without this feature. I am very surprised that it is still not here. We are currently migrating to Helpdesk, but without this feature being added soon, we are re-concidering if we should continue the migration.
@MDQuad We feel the same. Tickets are great for assync tasks e conversations great for the sync one. Sometimes a problem in a conversation depends on the customer. And the answer might come so fast that does not worth to open a ticket.
I’m impressed that HubSpot does not have this.
@ARazakov Agreed!
It’s very difficult to keep a clear overview in the Inbox without Snooze and Archive options. I’m genuinely surprised this still isn’t available in HubSpot.
We’re currently migrating from Intercom but without this feature being added soon, we’re seriously reconsidering whether to move forward.
+1 voor the snooze function.
Hi there! Sophie from the Service Hub product team here. Snooze is currently in private beta in help desk for seated Service Pro and Service Enterprise users. Here’s some more information about this beta:
To snooze a ticket:
- Click the “Snooze” button in the top right hand corner on any open ticket in help desk. This will remove it from your views.
- Choose a duration (later today, tomorrow, next week, one week, or set a custom time)
- The ticket moves to your Snoozed view until it’s unsnoozed.
In addition to the Snoozed view, snoozed tickets will also still appear in help desk search results. You will not receive notifications for tickets while they are snoozed. Snooze does not impact SLAs, which will continue counting down while a ticket in snoozed. The snooze action is not available on the ticket record.
A ticket will automatically unsnooze when:
- A customer replies
- The snooze time expires
- You manually unsnooze it
- A note is added
- The ticket is closed
You can request access to this beta by searching for “snooze tickets in help desk” in the product updates section of your portal. We really appreciate all the great feedback that has guided the development of this feature- we’ll continue to rely on it as we make improvements to snooze, so huge thank you for sharing, participating in the beta, and helping us improve the product!
