Our team often requests information from customers and expects to receive it by a certain date. In the world of gmail, they would “snooze” the email so that it would pop back into their inbox on that certain date. If they had not received a reply, this would prompt them to follow up with the customer.
Has anybody replicated a workflow similar to this in Hubspot? Ideally we’d bump the ticket to “waiting on customer” status but if do not hear a response by the snooze date, the automation would move it back to “waiting on us” status.
I’ve toyed with this but can’t seem to get it to work in the workflow configurations to say “if the snooze date is today, then change the status.”
The benefit of using sequences is that emails can be templated but still be customised before someone is enrolled. Sequences stop when someone replies or books a meeting, and mean a Sales or Service Rep only have to do one thing - the enrolment and the rest is automated.
Hey @franksteiner79 - yes we’ve considered… but for this purpose we are looking for something more manual as we have a variety of use cases that don’t fit well into sequences.
This would be super helpful in some scenarios, but in others; not so much.
We too are looking for “snooze” functionality, and wondering how other HubSpot users handle threads in Help Desk that need attention in some hours or days, but not right now. Anyone have suggestions?
