Hello,
My business uses the Shopify app integration to import orders into HubSpot. Within the HubSpot app store, the Shopify app states that one of the features offered is mapping the Shopify order ‘tracking number’ to theHubSpot ‘tracking number’ field (shown in the screenshot below).
However, when viewing the Shopify field mappings, ‘tracking number’ does not appear to be an option in the dropdown menu as shown in the screenshot below.
Hi there @JPereira2, just in case you are unaware, Shopify is changing its API on April 1st, which will break the current/older HubSpot integration. I had to find this out for myself and it would have been nice if HubSpot notified us instead. HubSpot has released an updated version of the Shopify-HubSpot integration in their marketplace. In order to upgrade, you must uninstall the old integration and reinstall the new one before April 1st.
Note: We have experienced issues with the new integration, and unfortunately HubSpot has not done a good job of assisting us. Contact HubSpot support if you need help.
Hi @theDMM,
Yea we noticed that too and holding off on the upgrades since it impacts a lot of our current processes. Switched over to using the Data Ops → Custom Code modules to in our workflows to get the data the we need and to keep our systems in sync.
As I can see you are looking to sync the tracking number from Shopify to be synced to HubSpot property but it is not available with the HubSpot Shopify integration app.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or requirements related to the integration or can directly reach out to hubapps@xecurify.com or syncitosupport@xecurify.com where the team will help you with everything.
Curious where this ended up for anyone still using HubSpot as the support view for Shopify or ShipStation orders.
After the newer Shopify integration, custom code, Zapier/Make, or a shipping app, does HubSpot stay accurate enough for support to trust tracking info?
I’m thinking missing tracking numbers or URLs, shipped/delivered status not updating, wrong contact/company/order association, split shipments, or someone still checking Shopify/ShipStation/carrier pages before replying to customers.
Did one setup path mostly solve it, or is there still a recurring manual check?
