It would be great to take better advantage of the attachment section for that ticket, contact, or company.
Internally, if we did not have to re-download/re-attach a file already present in the attachments section, it would save us time and storage space long-term for something we can already access.
Although we can share a 24-hour link, it would be better to have a public-facing link that won’t expire or has an extended expiration time. We have many clients that don’t read their emails immediately.
We wouid really need this as well!
We create tickets and deals with a lot of attachments and then we have some email templates for standard emails that should be sent but there is no way to even of attaching the attachements from the record but first having to download to you own computer before you upload again.
Hi team, on behalf of a customer, it would be helpful and benefitial to make this feature available as it will bring more versatility when sharing files. As a plus, it would be nice to have an expiration link.
Agreed, it would be fantastic for internal people to upload an attachment to a contat record (such as a photo - could be to a field or to a note) and then be able to use that embedded in automated emails to the contact.
