We are on the Free Hubspot and am trying to set up another user. As far as I can see Ive given them all the permissions ( super admin).
When I try to set up email it says " You dont have permissions to view this thread ".
Any ideas?

As a super admin, you should be able to access this. Can you confirm that you’re definitely a super admin? Manage user permissions

How / where exactly are you trying to add another user? What should the user be added to? Please provide a bit more detail, there’s not a lot to go by from your previous answers. The shorter your answers, the lower the likelihood of a quick resolution.

I can see my Hubspot but on second computer can loginto emails on it

Thanks ill try and delete and add again. What would stop gmail connecting to hubspot inbox ?

Can you please explain in detail what exactly you’re trying to do? Where in the HubSpot navigation are you? What is your goal? Which instructions are you following?
Hi Karsten, sorry for the late reply. I wanted to add Gmail so the user can see their email in hubspot as I do now. That should be possible shouldnt it ?
