I am one department of many that use Hubspot for ticket creation. We use many Pipelines but 99% of the time, all tickets my coworkers and I create are in one Pipeline. Is there a way to make a specific pipeline my default instead of having to manually select from a list of 15+ every time?
Hi @ADuross,
Just to confirm, when you open Menu > Service > Tickets, you would always like to see your tickets directly? If so, simply drag the tab you want to see to the very left. In my case, for example, HubSpot would always open All tickets:
If I wanted to see My open tickets, I would click and drag that to the left.
If you want to see tickets from a specific pipeline only, you can set filters accordingly. After setting filters for the pipeline and your tickets (click on All filters), save the view (click Save view), you get a new tab and can move that to the very left.
Best regards!
Thank you for your response. No, that is not quite what I mean.
From tickets, when I choose “Create Ticket,” I would like the Pipeline to auto-select a specific option from the list of available Pipelines by default, instead of being blank as shown below:
Currently, regardless of what view I am in, the Pipeline property is blank. My institution has several pipelines as options for ticket creation, but I only use 1. I would like to set a specific Pipeline as default.
Hi @ADuross,
As far as I know it’s not possible to have a default value per user here, unfortunately.
Best regards!
This would be beneficial for our teams as well. Three teams within the organization use the ticketing functionality and each team has its own pipeline. Having the ability to set a default pipeline would be very helpful. I would see it as a user setting, though I suppose it could be set as conditional logic.
